Terms of Service
Last updated: 2026-10-01. Draft for review — plain-language terms for a closed beta. They become final when the operator approves them.
1. Who provides Twolly
Twolly is operated by Tymoteusz Kasina, a private individual, as a non-commercial closed beta. Contact: contact@twolly.app.
2. What Twolly is
A household finance app: you record income, expenses, budgets, goals, plans and vehicle costs, and Twolly shows you where your money goes. It is free during the beta.
3. Your account
- You must be at least 16 years old and give a working email address.
- New accounts are enabled manually by the operator after registration; until then you cannot sign in.
- You are responsible for keeping your password confidential and for everything done under your account.
- Wallets can be shared by invitation. Anyone in a shared wallet can see and change its data; the wallet's owner controls membership.
4. Your data
Your data remains yours. How we handle it is described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your transactions as CSV and delete your account, with its data, at any time from Settings.
5. Not financial advice
Twolly reports what you recorded — totals, trends, comparisons. It does not give financial, tax or investment advice and makes no judgement about your spending. Decisions you make based on it are your own.
6. Acceptable use
- Do not use Twolly to store data you have no right to process, to attack or overload the service, or to access wallets you were not invited to.
- We may disable an account that breaks these terms, after contacting you where that is reasonable.
7. Availability and liability
Twolly is a beta run by one person on best effort: there is no uptime guarantee, features may change or disappear, and the service may be withdrawn with notice by email. We keep backups for 14 days but recommend exporting your data regularly.
To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for indirect losses or for decisions made on the basis of the figures shown. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer under Polish and EU law.
8. Ending the agreement
You may stop at any time by deleting your account. We may end the agreement with at least 30 days' notice by email, or immediately for a serious breach of section 6. Your data is deleted as described in the Privacy Policy.
9. Changes
We may change these terms; material changes are announced by email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continuing to use Twolly after that date means you accept them; otherwise delete your account before then.
10. Law and disputes
Polish law applies. Disputes are settled by the competent Polish courts; where you act as a consumer, the courts of your place of residence and the protections of consumer law remain available to you.
